Before you write

I am an independent writer rather than a booking platform or a public body, so there are three things I genuinely cannot do. I cannot change, refund or cancel a tour booking — that is GetYourGuide, through the confirmation email they sent you. I cannot issue, move or look up an official Cenacolo reservation, because those belong to Vivaticket. And I cannot find you a slot on a date when the release is sold out, which I mention only because it is the most common thing I am asked and I would rather say so here than disappoint you by email.

What I am useful for

Which of the six tours suits your party, how the quarterly release lands against your travel dates, whether a Duomo bundle is worth it if you have already booked the cathedral. Most of it is already written down: start with all six tours and the reviews, or go straight to the sold-out page if your dates are already showing nothing.

Corrections are the emails I like best. Release dates, opening arrangements and tour inclusions all move, and if a detail here has gone stale I would rather hear it from you than leave it standing. Practical questions about finding the place are usually answered at how to get there.
